Many artists have passed on their skills to others. Sometimes through several generations of artists the skills are passed on. Ernst Fuchs is one such example, where his influence has been absorbed by many. Along with fellow artists from the Vienna School of Fantastic Realism, they went to become professors themselves.

But they are not alone and there many others who have their own extensive spheres of influence. Werner Tübke and his fellow professors who formed the core of the influential Leipziger Schule have created a lasting influence in German Arts education.
