Spirit of Painting Bali Retreat with Philip Rubinov Jacobson

Bali Purnati Center for the Arts

Philip Rubinov Jacobson‘s ongoing program of painting seminars takes him and his students to exotic tropical Bali in January 2013. Two long term friends and respected artists in their own right, De Es Schwertberger and Wolfgang Widmoser will both attend the seminar as guest artists to deliver presentations. Assisting Philip throughout the course will be Polish artist, Magdalena Tomaszewicz.

The seminar also includes inspiration classes, “Journey to your Inspired Self” artist and author Della Burford each morning before the painting workshops. To keep students in a flexible and relaxed state of mind there will also be morning yoga classes. The “Cultural Bridges” program has two day trips to see some of the local Balinese arts.

The seminar will be held on a 1.2 hectare of private property offering a top-notch studio and large floating pavilion. There will be shared evening meals where the artist can mingle with each other and get to know the guest artists.
